The SUE Project was born in 2018. When the aid application was submitted, the Council Resolution of the Municipality of Penne (and the other municipalities) containing the draft Agreement was issued. The ranking was approved in August 2018. In September 2018, the Agreement with the Abruzzo Region was signed. The Union of the SUE was signed in the form of a Convention between the municipalities.
