PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The SUE Office, applying the latest methodologies of project management and in particular that of the Project Cycle Management (PCM), takes care of all phases that characterize the life cycle of a project: opportunity scouting, feasibility check, development of the application and the budget, partner search and networking, assistance in the management and reporting of funded interventions, support in national and international travel, dissemination activities of project results, and assistance in audit sessions in case of audits and controls by Fund Management Authorities.
